Mike Schern

Mike has called the Valley of the Sun home since 1976. Heavily involved in many Arizona based businesses, Mike has built a substantial client base of local entrepreneurs who all share a common goal—business excellence. Contrary to some practitioners that focus on nothing but the law and ultimately lose sight of a client's business objective, Mike focuses on the law always through a business model. Aside from practicing law, Mike is heavily involved in hard money lending and real estate transactions.

Prior to graduating law school in 2003, Mike was a project manager for a large Valley general contractor and owned majority interests in several successful Valley businesses. A contributor to the Arizona Lien Law Manual published by the State Bar, Mike frequently speaks at seminars attended by contractors and architects.

While attending law school, Mike served as an Editor on the Law Review and set himself apart academically while working full time.
