Schern Richardson successfully defends builder

Schern Richardson is pleased to announce another successful litigation result.  The Firm’s client, a general contractor, was sued in Superior Court by a homeowner.  The Complaint alleged over $500,000 in damages for construction defects, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and fraud, and named the builder, its managing member, and his wife as defendants.  The Firm aggressively defended its client and obtained a dismissal of the lawsuit, including an award of its attorneys’ fees and costs.
